Andrew has more than 40 years’ experience within the construction industry, predominantly working in the Masonry field. He oversees all aspects of Amici Building Contractors operations from Health and Safety through to Estimating. Through his experience he can help with your project costings, programming, sequencing of works, value engineering and more. He has overseen masonry projects ranging from £50, 00 up to £2.5 million, always contactable and ready to hear of new work opportunities for Amici.

Shaun Bullin
Director
Shaun has 40 years’ experience of working in the Masonry field, he works site based and helps towards the running of the Masonry works on site, liaising with the main contractor on site to oversee the Health and Safety, Quality and progress of the project. Having worked on many high-profile projects, Shaun is well placed to be of great benefit to the smooth running of our onsite operations.

Director
Steven has 40 years’ experience of working and overseeing masonry projects and works predominantly from site. Health and Safety, quality control, value engineering and problem solving are among his attributes, he will always strive to deliver your project on time, safely and to the required standards.

Paul Leivers
Site Manager
Paul has completed many projects for Amici, always in a safe and professional manner. He has an eye for detail and demands the highest quality of work from our operatives. He works closely with the main contractor to produce a timely result to any project, and from his 40 plus years in the Masonry field he can be a great asset to have onsite to aid in the Safe and successful completion of the Project in hand.

Steven Fardell
Site Supervisor
Steven has completed several projects for Amici, always there to help in maintaining a timely and safe outcome, working closely with the main contractor’s site team and overseeing all aspects of Amici operative’s tasks on site, making sure that our operatives are all aware of what is required of them whilst on site.

Pat Jones
Pat has worked for Amici Building Contractors for 14 years, Pat’s duties include the keeping of all records required for the HMRC, the running costs for all sites and payroll as kept on our accounting software, along with checking of invoices to be paid.

Carolyn Walker
Carolyn looks after the recording of site hours and yearly Accident/Incident information for Amici and the updating of Health and Safety Site reports. Carolyn also keeps records of all hired in and out plant on sites. Her duties also include the formation of O&M Manuals as required by the main contractor and any training needs of site operatives.
